Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options:

Ground Shipping: with this option your book will arrive at its destination in about 8 working days from the date of order, sometimes even faster! Ground shipping cost $6.95 per book, or item ordered. Shipping is free if you order 3 books or more!

Express Shipping: with this option your book will ship within a 48 hour turnaround from the date of order. Express shipping is then sent through a next day delivery service. Express shipping costs $16.00 per book. Express shipping is free if you order 5 books or more to the same destination!

We do accept international orders.

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Your personal check is accepted if you order by phone at (866) 697-1114. All credit card transactions are secure through our use of encryption and secure socket technology.

Discount and Rebate Codes

If you received a code from Camilions Publishing, its Affiliates or Representatives, please enter it when indicated BEFORE you complete your order, as we are unable to process codes after completed orders.

What should I do to send my child's picture through the mail?

Make sure to follow the recommendations in the photo personalization section for photo selection. Upon purchase of the book and selection of Mail as your preferred photo delivery, you will be issued a confirmation code #. Write the child's name, your e-mail, phone number and confirmation code on the back of the photo and send it to us! We'll return it unharmed.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. Gift Certificate codes are sent within 24 hours of purchase.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Camilions purchase we'll return your money within 30 days of purchase. We work diligently to ensure that our products meet our promise and your satisfaction. Because each product is customized to each child we make an extra effort to ensure your satisfaction. If Camilions Publishing has made a mistake with a child's name or digital file, we will correct and replace the product at our cost.

Please observe care as you enter the child's information as any errors will require us to re-process, resulting in possible fees and delays in shipping.
